Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Eligibility for Refund
· Customers can cancel their order only before the product is dispatched.
· Once the order is dispatched, no cancellation, refund, return, or exchange will be allowed.
2. Refund Timelines
· If a cancellation request is accepted (before dispatch), the refund will be initiated within 2–3 business days.
· Depending on your bank or payment provider, the refunded amount may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account.
3. Mode of Refund
· Refunds will be processed to the original source of payment used at the time of purchase (e.g., PhonePe Wallet, UPI, Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking).
· No cash or offline refunds will be provided.
4. No Return / Exchange Policy
· We do not accept any product returns or exchanges once the order has been dispatched or delivered.
